Voter Intention Survey for Manitoba & Winnipeg September 17-19,23

From September 17-19 Sovereign North Research surveyed Manitobans on voting preferences. Our full and complete survey is available for clients subscribed. Manitoba wide survey resulted in a weighted N=852 with a margin of error of 3.9% 19 times out of 20. Winnipeg survey resulted in a weighted N=464 with a margin of error of 3.9% 19 times out of 20.

Across Manitoba the PC party is slightly favoured at 42.5%, the NDP are within striking distance at 39.4%, a statistical tie.

In Winnipeg the NDP have a commanding lead similar to the 2019 election at 45.4%, the PCs have significant work to do at 37.9%, however have closed the gap considerably in the last six weeks since our last survey.
